Elitech’s RMA process is a three-step process designed to expedite your Return Requests:
 1. Please complete this RMA form and submit the message for processing by Elitech’s Return Division.
2. Once processing has completed, Elitech will submit an email containing your RMA number and return information to the specified email address in this form.
3. Follow the instruction from the email to expedite your return claim
